Here at The Cycle Life Bike Shop we are committed to providing the best service we can and with a prompt and efficient turnaround. Unlike many other merchants, we provide our contact details and Refund and store policies readily; as we want each and every customer to be able to contact us without problems. We also want you to let us know if your not happy with anything, we don't want to keep your money if the cycling parts and accessories you ordered are not what you expected.
Further to that, from our own experience there is nothing worse that purchasing from any store and spending your hard earned cash and then the customer service ends up not being up to scratch. We at The Cycle Life Bike Shop pride ourselves on treating our fellow cycling enthusiasts (or anyone for that matter) with friendliness, courtesy and professionalism and also transparency. These are the cornerstones of every successful business and the benchmark that all business should reach.
