  • What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?   We will issue refunds and returns within the standard 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the item is in excellent, as-new, saleable condition and that the original packaging is retained. No reason is necessary, within the 30 day period, so if the product just simply wasn't up to your expectations, was the wrong colour, doesn't feel right or you just simply changed your mind, no worries, let us know and we will issue a refund, no questions asked! 
  • The Money Back Guarantee - How does That Work? Here at The Cycle Life Bike Shop we pride ourselves on going that extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase and the normal refund timelimes have lasped (its hapended to all of us right?) we don't want to keep your money. With that in mind we offer a no questions asked full Money Back Gaurantee on all products except our bike range. Yes, that's right, we will offer a no questiones asked full refund (less postage) on any product you select from our store regardless of when the purchase date was. 
  • How Long Does Shipping Take - on Average?   This depends on the product you order and where you are located. Most products ship within 4-7 business days for most products and most customers. However, that figure can rise up to 10 days depending on the shipping provider, (especially if you're located in a remote or sparsely serviced area). Sometimes there can also be delays in shipping that are beyond our control. In that case, we ask that you please be patient as your delivery will arrive; it just may take a little longer than expected. In most cases, shipping these days is usually tracked so the customer can keep an eye on the order and know where it is and what's happening. 
  • Cost of Shipping?  
  • Shipping is free for most orders except where the weight of the product exceeds 25 kg. In that case, we have to charge a nominal fee to cover costs and make the transaction viable for us. 
  • Are there any Warranties/Guarantees to cover defects on the Products that I purchase?  
  • Yes, under Consumer Law (which is applicable across the world) all products that are sold in the marketplace must come with at least some form of warranty protection that covers the consumer in case of product failure, defects or other problems. Most products that we sell will carry a standard 12 month warranty under designated and normal conditions of use. However, in the rare instance that a product has less than a 12 month warranty, a reason will be stipulated as to why that is the case. 
  • If any Item is not available, can I get something similar (i.e. a variant)? 
  • Absolutely, you can! There are a wide variety of products that we can source if needed; so there is no reason why we would not be able to find you another product that you will be happy with. Just let us know via our business email and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Guaranteed.
