Refund Policy - The Cycle Life Bike Shop
Here at The Cycle Life Bike Shop we pride ourselves on going that extra mile to make sure you're satisfied as a customer. If you're not happy with your purchase and the normal refund rights and timelines have lapsed (at some point its happened to all of us right?) we don't want to keep your money. We also value you as a customer and fellow human and believe ethics should always be placed above profit.
With that in mind we offer all our customers a 100% no-questions asked no-fuss 100 DAY FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all products (except our small range of e-bikes, conditions explained below). Yes, that's right, we will offer you a no questions asked full refund (less postage) on any product you select from our store up to 100 days from the date of purchase, we can't be much fairer than that. The only thing we ask is that the item needs to be in a good saleable condition or at least useable condition, (does not have to be perfect, just not damaged, incomplete or broken please). In the case of broken, incomplete or damaged items we WILL NOT be able to issue the 100 day refund policy.
Warranty conditions on E-Bikes
We are sorry but due to logistical and business reasons we can't offer the 100 day Refund Policy on our range of E-Bikes and E-scooters. In this case, normal statutory change of mind refund and statutory consumer rights apply which is 30 days. In the case of faults in workmanship, assembly faults and defects in materials, these bikes are indeed covered by the manufacturers 12 MONTH WARRANTY. Just let us know there's a problem with the bike and we will take care of the issue for you.
E-BIKES & SCOOTERS
Where to send the products in case of refund:
These bikes would need to be sent back to the manufacturer and they will assist with the process involved; the address and sending details should be on the invoice. If those details are not on the invoice or packaging, let us know as soon as possible. We may need to you to contact us and we will fully advise on what steps to take. ALL OTHER PRODUCTS (up to 100 days after Purchase)
As this 100-day RETURN POLICY is above what most merchants offer and well over the usual 30 day refund policy period the item will need to be personally sent back to us as we will have to cover the cost of the item (we will provide our return address details and also further instructions on what to do). The product does not need to be in prefect condition as we understand that you will probably have used it.
However, the product still needs to be in a good, saleable, or at least useable condition, (as stated before, it MUST NOT be broken, damaged, or incomplete. Original packaging is not necessary however we expect that you wrap the item appropriately for the postal and shipping service). Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
